Stabilization Housing Program

The Stabilization Housing pilot combines healthcare and social services to reflect a “housing first” approach that works to interrupt the pattern of persons living with complex physical and behavioral conditions cycling through emergency departments, services for people experiencing homelessness, and public safety settings, thereby improving health and housing outcomes for residents.
