Through this program, the Chicago Recovery Plan is providing funding to local community organizations, such as chambers of commerce, Special Service Area providers, and other not-for-profit organizations (501c6 and 501c3) to develop and implement diverse programming, commercial corridor activations, and attractions that will engage residents and tourists in Chicago’s Central City area to address the impact resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic on small storefront businesses.
