The goal of the Permanent Supportive Housing program is to support populations experiencing homelessness to transition to long-term, stable housing with supportive services. This PSH program aims to increase resident choice in their housing by providing optional supportive services, utilizing a housing first approach, and requiring the use of harm reduction as well as trauma informed design. Permanent supportive housing is a key component of the housing continuum to provide residents with a home that meets their needs.
